It has been reported that Transformers star labeouf was arrested after refusing to leave a store in the early hours of yesterday morning. Police say he was arrested after a security guard repeatedly told him to leave but he refused. Labeouf appeared to be drunk at the time.
Police say he was very courtious and polite with them and he was charged with misdemeanor trespassing. He is to appear in court on the 28th November.
